How Ofqual is governed and held accountable.

Governance follows the public-body or institutional form applicable to Ofqual. Sponsorship, funding and corporate governance do not alter statutory or independent decision-making functions.

Official authority, delegations, appointments and decisions must come from the competent United Hampshire legal and administrative record rather than platform ownership, server permissions or informal messages.
